Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations received until 15th June 2025: 50% refund of gross registration fee after excluding bank transaction charges and GST.
  • Cancellations received until 15th August 2025: 25% refund of gross registration fee excluding bank transaction charges and GST.
  • Cancellation received from 1st August 2025 onwards: No Refund.
  • Time stamp of email will be considered as official date of cancellation request. Cancellation requests should be sent via email to [email protected] .
  • Refunds will be processed after 30 days of completion of conference.
