Fee once paid is not adjustable under any circumstances in future. Don't pay any extra amount apart from the requisite fee.

Your registration will be cancelled if:

The fee paid is short.
False identity has been submitted.

REFUND POLICY

TRANSCON 2025 does not have any refunding policy online.

If there is any discrepancy regarding the fee amount deposited through credit card, then it has to be resolved in person only. Please contact the Conference Secretariat at [email protected] for such cases.

Cancellations received until 15th June 2025: 50% refund of gross registration fee after excluding bank transaction charges and 18% GST
Cancellations received until 31st July 2025: 25% refund of gross registration fee excluding bank transaction charges and 18% GST
Cancellation received from 1st August 2025 onwards: No Refund
Refunds will be processed after 30 days of completion of conference
